The 88522 freight locomotive is being produced in a one-time series only in 2002 and is available exclusively at Mini-Club-Center-Partners. A class 152 freight locomotive was selected as a rolling advertisement to attract attention to a dual anniversary for two unique museums, the Nürnberg Transportation Museum (DB Museum) and the Märklin Museum in Göppingen. This locomotive was officially dedicated to great applause from the public at the 2nd Model Railroad Meet in Göppingen and was then in operation on the German railroad system for a year.
