Become a master builder: the big diorama competition 2017 by Märklin Magazine is looking for the best motifs. This year’s theme “Right and left of the branch line” guarantees fun and great prizes. Important: send us your suggestions now.

What is hidden behind this motto? Perhaps an idyllic brick railway station with a station pub boarded by a beer garden? A bus terminal in front of the station where the pupils from the village primary school wait for their bus? Or sidings which lead to a sawmill and is lined by a small colonies of allotments? As you see, there is a plethora of motifs and scenes which can take place or be built at the side of a branch line. Get involved – unusual ideas are most definitely welcome.
