  • Product description

    Model: The car has a fine prototypical paint and lettering scheme. The upper side of the car body and the end walls of the stake car are prototypically painted and they are also lightly weathered. The flat car floor is constructed of metal. Length over the buffers 92 mm / 3-5/8".

    This car also goes with 81451 and 82423.

  • Prototype information

    Over 4,300 units of the type Res 687 flat car were built from 1979 to 1985. These flat cars were equipped with type Y 25 trucks as a strikingly different feature. Five hundred of these flat cars were then converted starting in 1989 to sliding tarp cars with cloth tarp covers (Type Rils 652).
