The locomotive has an mfx digital decoder and extensive sound functions. It has controlled high-efficiency propulsion. The motor is in the locomotive's boiler. 5 axles powered. Traction tires. The locomotive has an articulated frame enabling it to negotiate sharp curves. The triple headlights on the front of the locomotive and the dual white marker lights on the tender change over with the direction of travel, will work in conventional operation, and can be controlled digitally.
