An experience for all the senses: The IMA and Märklin Days 2023 are finally taking place again. A visit to the three days is well worth it. When the historic engines pull in majestically accompanied by white steam, it's that time again: tens of thousands of railroad fans from all over the world will gather for an event in a class of its own at the 38th IMA and the 13th Märklin Days in the Staufer town of Göppingen. The unique combination of the model railroad with its great prototype will once again make this year's event something very special.

Highlights such as the walk through production and the locomotive parade at the station, the store offering all current models, or the mascot of the Märklineum - the full-size locomotive 44 1315 - attract visitors. The model railroad exhibition with more than 130 exhibitors from the industry give an overview of everything you need for model railroading - including the novelties exhibited by the manufacturers. Show layouts of clubs complete the picture.

The Märklineums exhibition (separate entrance fee) is also open. However, we would like to point out that the number of visitors allowed in the building at any one time is limited by fire safety regulations and is therefore a legal requirement. This means that relatively few visitors to the IMA will also be able to see the inside of the Märklineum. We recommend to organize a separate

visit, where you can look at everything in peace. This way you can avoid long waiting times.

Reserve your dates now. From September 15th to 17th, 2023, it's that time again. The International Model Railway Exhibition (IMA) and the 13th Märklin Days will take place in Göppingen. Everything about large and small trains on 49,000 square meters, games and fun - for 3 days! A festival for the whole family.

Shuttle-Service

Convenient and gratis from one venue to the next

From the Märklin Museum to Staufer Park, from the EWS Arena to the Leonhard-Weiss premises? No problem, thanks to the Märklin Shuttle Service: All venues are connected by a free bus service.

Route: "Stauferpark" - "EWS Arena" - "Märklin Main Factory" (Fri. + Sat.) - "Station"  - "Leonhard Weiss" - "Stauferpark".

Around two dozen busses will ensure a frequent service, but even so it makes sense
